Wymore Man Accepts Plea Agreement

A Wymore man, Paul Mick age 36, has entered into a plea agreement with Gage County officials.

The first case involving Mick includes charges of burglary, fleeing police, and driving under the influence. The second case is a charge of second degree forgery.

Mick broke into Max’s Automotive and taking a 1968 Ford Fairlane,

Gage County Chief Deputy Attorney Rick Schreiner said the county would recommend a sentence of 14 to 15 years in prison for the burglary charge and that the remaining charges be served concurrently.

Mick also agreed to a civil judgement of $12,469.74 in restitution charges
