Missing Beloit Teen Shelby Eck Found Unharmed

A 14-year-old Beloit teen that went missing late Tuesday and feared to be a runaway was found unharmed Friday.

Beloit Police Chief Ryan Stocker said Friday Morning that Shelby Eck was on her way to the Beloit Police Department.
