Two Frankfort Residents Injured in Accident

Two Frankfort residents were injured Saturday evening in a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 36 highway in Nemaha County.
Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department reported 16-year-old Graham Howard of Sabetha was traveling east when he lost control of his pickup on the snow covered roadway and spun into the westbound lane, colliding with a westbound vehicle driven by 62-year-old Richard Johnson of Frankfort.
Johnson and a passenger, Mary Johnson, were transported to the Nemaha Valley Community Hospital in Seneca.
Howard was not hurt.
The accident was reported shortly after 5 o’clock Saturday evening on U.S. 36 just east of M-4 Road.
