Help for veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome is now available

While statistics show roughly eight percent of all Americans have some form of Post Traumatic Stress, that number balloons to 30 percent for veterans and active service personnel. Stay Strong Nation, a non-profit organization working to help veterans and service personnel cope with Post-Traumatic Stress/Traumatic Brain Injury (PTS/TBI), recently formed to provide assistance for veterans.

Stay Strong Nation is a community of volunteers who have embarked on a nationwide tour to educate and raise awareness of PTS/TBI. Comprised of veterans who themselves have battled PTS/TBI, the organization produced educational literature and an inspirational CD/prayer, and is currently working on collecting postcards from Americans looking to send warm wishes to service personnel in Afghanistan. Americans can download the CD/prayer and fill out postcards by visiting StayStrongNation.org.
