Jerry Moran “listening Tour” Coming to Frankfort Nov. 19

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Jerry Moran will visit Marshall County this Friday, November 19, 2010 during his annual Listening Tour. Moran is visiting communities in each of the 69 counties of the First Congressional District and will be in Frankfort on Friday to hear from local residents.

Moran will meet with residents at First National Bank, located at 124 N. Kansas in Frankfort, from 10:00-11:00am. Area residents are encouraged to attend.

The issues Moran focuses on and the work he does in Washington, D.C., is largely based on the conversations he has with Kansans during his annual town hall meetings.

About Derek Nester

Derek Nester was born and raised in Blue Rapids, and graduated from Valley Heights High School in May of 2000. He attended Cowley College in Arkansas City and Johnson County Community College in Overland Park studying Journalism & Media Communication. After stops at KFRM and KCLY radio in Clay Center, he joined KNDY in 2002 as a board operator and play by play announcer.
