Community Needs Assessment Needs the Public’s Help

The Northeast Kansas Community Action Program’s mission is to eliminate the root causes of poverty in Northeast Kansas Communities.

NEK-CAP is currently conducting a Community Needs Assessment that will establish priorities for the organization’s strategic planning and allow the community to take an active role in improving the lives of friends and neighbors.

A Community Needs Assessment has several phases, including an on-line survey. At this time, NEK-CAP, Inc. would appreciate the opinions, questions and thoughts of residents in their service area. ALL residents are invited to participate in an on-line survey. Visit www.nekcap.org, click on the Surveys tab to complete the Community Needs Assessment Survey. Surveys need to be completed by December 10th.

NEK-CAP serves ten Northeast Kansas counties including Marshall and Nemaha  Counties.
