Six people were injured Tuesday when the car they were riding in hit a house. At approximately 10 p.m. rescue and police units responded to the accident south of the intersection of Center and Mulberry Streets. According to Beatrice Police the car was traveling northbound on Center Street, lost control on the gravel road and ran into a house located at 1001 Center Street. Police reported six individuals who were in the vehicle were transported to Beatrice Community Hospital for injuries. None of the injured have been identified. Alcohol has not been ruled out as a factor.
