LOCATION: 600 West Broad Street Blue Springs, NE

TIME:  2250 Hours

OFFENSE:  Hit-n-run vehicle accident

CASE:  2010-4367

On Saturday September 11th 2010, the Gage County Sheriff’s Office along with Wymore PD responded to a hit-n-run accident which occurred at 600 West Broad Street in Blue Springs, Nebraska.

A witness advised that he observed a grey Dodge pickup spinning circles in the parking lot of the Blue Springs Co-op.  He heard the vehicle hit something and then observed the vehicle taking off westbound from the area.

Deputies arrived and found that a 1988 Olds Cutlass, owned by Randall and Pamela Scott of Falls City Nebraska, had been struck in the rear driver’s side causing approximately $2000.00 dollars worth of damage.  The vehicle was parked in the parking lot of the Co-op and was unoccupied at the time of the accident.

After further investigation it was discovered that the grey Dodge pickup belonged to Tyler Lillibridge of Wymore.  Wymore PD and a Gage County Deputy went to Mr. Lillibridge’s home and located the vehicle which had damage consistent with evidence left at the scene.

Mr. Lillibridge was cited for failure to report an accident and reckless driving.
