A new business with a historical flair will be coming to the West side of Marysville. Local businessman Dave Lyhane has announced his plans to build a convenience store with historical features and retail space in the location former Dierking Lumber building.
Lyhane announced the 8,600-square-foot building will contain a 5,000-square-foot convenience store and 2,600 square feet of retail rental space. Schell Farm and Construction Inc. will begin demolition this week. Named Git-n-Go, the store will feature four pump fueling stations and a basic convenience store. The Pizza2Go business will be moved to the new convenience store.
