Attempted Break-in Stopped By Alarm

An apparent attempt to break into AREX Drug in downtown Marysville was stopped by an alarm.  According to the Marysville Police, officers responded to a report of an alarm at 1:45 am on Sunday morning.  A Marysville Police officer arrived just two minutes later and discovered the someone had attempted to pry open a door.  No access was gained to the building.  Anyone with information on this or any other crime is asked to contact the Marysville Police Department at 562-2343
