SCC Holding Generational Customer Service Workshop

For the first time in history, there are four generations in the workplace.

This means there also are four generations in the marketplace. Every member of each generation brings a distinct set of values, attitudes and behaviors with them.

Learn how to provide exceptional customer service by attending a Southeast Community College Business & Bagel workshop titled “Customer Service Across the Generations.”

The workshop will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, May 20, in Room 302 of SCC’s Continuing Education Center, 301 S. 68th St. Place, Lincoln. Lunch will be provided and is included in the workshop cost of just $29 per person.

To register, call SCC’s Continuing Education Division at 800-828-0072 or (402) 437-2700.

Diane Siefkes, training consultant for SCC’s Training Solutions, is the presenter.
