Goss says a January survey of business leaders in 9-Midwest and Plains state suggests the region’s economy is picking up steam.
The Business Conditioning Index for the Mid-America Region made a healthy jump in January to 54.7, up from 50.3 in December and 47.5 in November.
The Mid-America survey covers Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Kansas.
