Knowledge @ Noon Program in Marysville to Address Elder Law

“DOES ELDER LAW EFFECT YOU?” will be presented by Paul Shipp, attorney for Kansas Legal Services on Tuesday, January 12, 2010, at the Marysville City Building. Do you have a will? What happens if you don’t? What’s going to happen if you are in a car accident and can’t talk for yourself? Do you have questions about how property or bank accounts should be titled. Answers to these questions and others will be discussed. Paul will share some of his experiences and what the clients have learned over the years. He will also let you know how Kansas Legal Services can help you.

Knowledge @ Noon programs begin at 12:05 P.M. and end at 12:55 P.M. at the Marysville City Building. Bring a lunch if desired. Coffee and tea will be provided. These programs are open to anyone interested in the subject matter, and are free. This program is sponsored by K-State Research and Extension in Marshall County.
